Landing the dynamic hairtail with casting lure
This model was designed to highlight the charm of the casting hairtail lure fishing. It can be used on land and on boats, like fishing on breakwaters or around the rocks on the seashore, and casting from the boat. This model provides smooth and solid tip action responding quickly to hairtail’s bite when it swallows the bait in one mouthful and pulls it. The powerful blank built with CTX assures strong hook-setting, driving the hook precisely into the mouth of hairtail, immediately at the detection of the fish’s bite. Adopting the high durability Fuji guide and VSS reel seat, it reduces the fatigue from the repeated and prolonged casting.

S-762UL-ST (GRIP 270mm)
It is the most lightweight rod. Adopting the solid tip, it reduces the irritation felt by the target fish in the hairtail field, leading to automatic hook-setting.
S-802L (GRIP 300mm)
It was built to basic specification and designed with a focus on nimbleness of rod action. The blank, built with CTX, has strong power necessary to land the 3-finger-sized hairtails.
S-852ML (GRIP 330mm)
This model provides a blend of high sensitivity and good long-distance casting capability. It has powerful blank power needed to lift the 3-finger-sized or bigger hairtails from high breakwaters or rocks on the seashore. The blank action accommodates flexibly to the movement of struggling large hairtail, adding to the thrill of putting the control of fish into the angler’s hand.
CTX Method
In order to reinforce the compressive strength that is the weakest point for the carbon thread with type of Uni-Direct, 24 or 30 tons Carbon tape is wrapped with the shape of X at regular pitch in the outermost of the blank. This is the method to reinforce the compressive strength with the great exterior.
